Our Mission

Our mission is to empower foster children through professional grooming services, offering free haircuts and hygiene essentials to enhance their self esteem & well-being. By helping boys & girls in foster care look their best, we aim to increase their chances of being adopted into loving families. 

Serving Dallas/Ft Worth 

Foster parents can request haircut services by contacting the child's Empower Caseworker, CASA Supervisor, or a licensed foster care agency to initiate a referral. All services are provided through referrals from these authorized sources.
